Instead of buying clothes, you can rent them. In the beginning, you are charged the rental price and a deposit, after a six-month period you can decide whether you want to keep it or return it.
If you decide to keep your clothes after a six months period, no problem, the deposit will be used to cover the price.
You have an option to return your rented clothes within a 6 months period, if you do so, the deposit will be returned to your credit card. The item must be returned with all original labels.

We strongly recommend that you arrange for insurance for the package. After inspecting the garments, the deposit will be returned to your credit card.
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. You can arrange for insurance when ordering your garments (insurance fee is €5) which covers basic wear and tear. However, significant damage, loss of the item, and theft aren't covered under the insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, you will be charged the retail price of the item.
We have a dedicated quality assurance team that takes great care to clean and inspect all of our pieces so they arrive in new or like-new condition. This is the cornerstone of our business and we take it very seriously, which is why all cleaning and repairs are done in house to ensure the highest quality.We use responsible methods of both wet- and dry- cleaning, leveraging biodegradable detergents and PERC-free, non-halogenated cleaning solutions.
We do not allow any alterations of rented items. Feel free to use fashion tape to temporarily tailor your look. Please remember to remove them before sending your rental back.
Unfortunately, you have to decide when purchasing your items whether you want to rent or buy.
Most of the styles we offer are designed for maternity and nursing periods. However, we try to design the clothes so that you can wear them many years after your kids are already big.
Yes, when purchased, you always get new, unworn items unless it is marked as used on our website.
When deciding between two sizes, we recommend choosing a smaller one.

You can add or remove items from your basket at any time before your order has been confirmed. Once your order has been placed, you will have to cancel the entire order should you wish to change, add or remove an item. Please be aware that you only have one hour to cancel an order after it has been placed.
If you wish to change your shipping address after making a purchase, it is necessary to cancel the original order and place a new one. Should you wish to change your shipping address, please cancel the entire order before doing so.
Once your order has been confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it should you need to. To do so, write an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After one hour is up, you will be unable to cancel the order. However, once you have received your package, you will have 15 days to send back your items and claim a refund.

You will also be sent a confirmation email with an order reference number, as well as a summary of all the items in your basket. Please be aware that on days when a new collection is launched, this email might take a few hours to be sent to you!

We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.
